Our canape menu is individually tailored to each function. 
We recommend a minimum of 4 canapes per person for a 2 hour function and an additional canapes for each addition hour. 
Canapé pieces have a minimum of 30 pieces per order.
We also have pizza roaming and food stations available.

Bar Tab on Consumption 
A bar tab can be set at the beginning of your function with a specified limit or amount in mind that you feel comfortable with spending. This can be reviewed as your function progresses and increased if need be. However we will always ensure you are in full control of the amount throughout the event. At any point you are welcome to turn the bar tab into a cash bar so your guests can purchase their own drinks

Audio Visual Equipment

We provided on request a 55inch flat screen television for no additional charge. It has a moveable stand which can be placed at either ends of the room. The connect needs to be from a computer with an HDMI connection

We have several types of function packages; our most popular are the sharing menus, which offer flexibility and choice for your function, while the canapé package offers something for everyone and is perfect for larger stand up groups.

Please see the menu attached when considering your selections.

We also cater for food allergies and other dietary requirements. Should you have any special requirements, please advise us at least 72 hours in advance so we can fulfil such requests.
